is S$1 million.
For Who?
* For start-ups in Singapore involved in developing new or better products, processes
and applications.
* Start-up must:
o be a Private Limited company incorporated 0-5 years in Singapore
o have paid-up capital of S$50,000 - S$1 million
o carry out its core activities in Singapore
For What?
To encourage private sector investments in innovative seed or early stage start-up
companies developing innovative products or processes that can be marketed and sold
globally.
How Much?
* The minimum investment by the private investor must be at least S$75,000.
* SPRING SEEDS Capital* will match S$2 for every S$1 invested on the start-up,
up to a maximum of S$1 million.
